Sipas njoftimit, aktakuza \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur nga Departamenti p\u00ebr Krime t\u00eb R\u00ebnda, Nj\u00ebsiti p\u00ebr Krime Ekonomike dhe Korrupsion, pasi e dyshuara, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e hetueses n\u00eb ekipin p\u00ebr Hetimin e Personave t\u00eb Zhdukur, dyshohet se ka p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrligjshme informatat zyrtare n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat kishte qasje p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n

Prokuroria thot\u00eb se k\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna ajo ia ka d\u00ebrguar p\u00ebrmes aplikacionit WhatsApp personit A.P., i cili m\u00eb pas dyshohet se i ka publikuar ato n\u00eb nj\u00eb emision televiziv m\u00eb 20 dhjetor 2025, me q\u00ebllim diskreditimin e personit t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar.<\/p>\n
