Ai nuk pasqyron aspak m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn transparente dhe profesionale me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Telekomi i Kosov\u00ebs ka vepruar n\u00eb kontraktimin e hap\u00ebsirave reklamuese. Krahasimet e b\u00ebra me praktikat e m\u00ebhershme, kur reklamat n\u00eb shuma marramend\u00ebse shp\u00ebrndaheshin pa kritere t\u00eb qarta, n\u00eb portale t\u00eb sapohapura apo t\u00eb lidhura me interesa partiake ose grupe interesi, jan\u00eb t\u00eb pabazuara dhe t\u00eb papranueshme.<\/p>\n<p>Argumentet faktike:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Shpenzimet p\u00ebr marketing nga Telekomi i Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb zvog\u00ebluar n\u00eb minimum dhe orientohen sipas strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb miratuar.<br \/>\n\u2022 Telekomi i Kosov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb kompani publike q\u00eb operon n\u00eb kushte konkurruese dhe reklamimi i produkteve dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm.<br \/>\n\u2022 N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn pes\u00ebvje\u00e7are 2015\u20132019, Telekomi kishte shpenzuar p\u00ebr marketing shum\u00ebn prej mbi 13 milion\u00eb \u20ac. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e konsiderueshme e tyre kanalizohej n\u00eb media t\u00eb panjohura p\u00ebr publikun, shpesh pa ndonj\u00eb efektivitet t\u00eb matsh\u00ebm.<br \/>\n\u2022 N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr pes\u00ebvje\u00e7are 2020\u20132024, Telekomi ka shpenzuar n\u00eb total p\u00ebr marketing shum\u00ebn prej rreth 700,000.00 \u20ac.<br \/>\n\u2022 N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb rishikuar t\u00eb marketingut, reklamimet kryesisht jan\u00eb orientuar n\u00eb mediat\/rrjetet sociale (Facebook, Instagram etj.), si dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha televizionet me mbulueshm\u00ebri nacionale.<br \/>\n\u2022 N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb televizioneve nacionale jan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar kontrata marketingu me 6 prej 9 televizioneve q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbulueshm\u00ebri nacionale, vlera totale vjetore e t\u00eb cilave sillet rreth 200,000.00 \u20ac. Ndarja e k\u00ebsaj shume n\u00eb mes t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre mediave \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebr baz\u00eb matjen e shikueshm\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb platform\u00ebn e Telekomit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe \u00e7mimet e ofruara nga k\u00ebto televizione.<br \/>\n\u2022 Telekomi operon me platform\u00ebn televizive me n\u00ebnbrendin TV Vala dhe kontrakton hap\u00ebsira reklamuese vet\u00ebm n\u00eb televizionet q\u00eb transmetohen n\u00eb platform\u00ebn OTT dhe IPTV t\u00eb TV Vala. Kriteri p\u00ebr mosn\u00ebnshkrimin e kontratave me 3 televizionet tjera \u00ebsht\u00eb se k\u00ebto televizione, pa arsye, nuk kan\u00eb pranuar q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtja e tyre t\u00eb transmetohet n\u00eb platform\u00ebn e Telekomit. Kjo zgjedhje bazohet n\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr matje profesionale t\u00eb shikueshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe monitorim t\u00eb sakt\u00eb t\u00eb transmetimit t\u00eb reklamave.<\/p>\n<p>Rreth rolit t\u00eb mediave q\u00eb kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raportim:<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ebrejm\u00eb me shqet\u00ebsim se mediat q\u00eb e kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb raportim, pa verifikim t\u00eb fakteve, jan\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht viktima dhe p\u00ebrhap\u00ebse t\u00eb nj\u00eb narrativi tendencioz gazetaresk, q\u00eb krahason t\u00eb pakrahasueshmet.
