21 t\u00eb pandehurit Z.P, M.C, R.M, D.A, O.S, \u017d.T, G.R, B.J, S.I, B.V, S.P, N.P, K.J, L.S, B.D, R.S, D.Z, M.Gj, L.C, B.F, M.K., akuzohen se, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e personave me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi komanduese, gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs janar-qershor 1999, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb d\u00ebbimin e dhunsh\u00ebm t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb civile shqiptare.<\/p>\n
Prokurori i rastit, Atdhe Dema, n\u00eb nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb p\u00ebr media, ka theksuar se pas vite hetimesh intensive, \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur akuza ndaj k\u00ebtyre personave.<\/p>\n
\u201cPas vite hetimesh intensive, Departamenti Special i Prokuroris\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb ka dor\u00ebzuar sot nj\u00eb aktakuz\u00eb lidhur me krime lufte kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile gjat\u00eb konfliktit t\u00eb armatosur n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn janar\u2013qershor 1999\u2033, tha ai.<\/p>\n
Prokurori ka shtuar se provat e mbledhura d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e t\u00eb pandehurve n\u00eb d\u00ebbimin dhe keqtrajtimin e popullsis\u00eb civile shqiptare gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
\u201cK\u00ebto veprime p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb q\u00eb ka rezultuar me zhvendosjen me dhun\u00eb t\u00eb rreth 863.000 civil\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb, sipas statistikave zyrtare\u201d, tha Dema.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe, t\u00eb pandehurit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni se forcat n\u00ebn komand\u00ebn e tyre po kryenin veprime q\u00eb realizoheshin p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb fushate t\u00eb gjer\u00eb dhe t\u00eb koordinuar q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte: shkat\u00ebrrimin e pron\u00ebs, djegien e sht\u00ebpive, p\u00ebrndjekjen dhe ndalimin arbitrar t\u00eb personave n\u00eb baza etnike, sulme t\u00eb armatosura ndaj fshatrave dhe qyteteve t\u00eb banuara me popullsi civile shqiptare, me q\u00ebllim zhvendosjen me dhun\u00eb brenda territorit t\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm administrativ t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
