Prokuroria Speciale dhe i akuzuari kan\u00eb arritur marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr pranim t\u00eb faj\u00ebsis\u00eb, duke shmangur k\u00ebshtu nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb gjat\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n
Sipas aktakuz\u00ebs s\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Themelore t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs m\u00eb 30 mars t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, Antoviq akuzohej p\u00ebr “sulm ndaj personit zyrtar”, “pjes\u00ebmarrje n\u00eb turm\u00eb q\u00eb kryen vep\u00ebr penale “huliganiz\u00ebm”, “blerje, posedim, shp\u00ebrndarje dhe shitje t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb narkotik\u00ebve”, si dhe “posedim t\u00eb paautorizuar t\u00eb arm\u00ebve”.<\/p>\n
Ngjarja p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Antoviq u vu n\u00ebn hetim ka ndodhur m\u00eb 29 maj 2023 n\u00eb Zve\u00e7an. Aty u plagos\u00ebn disa ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb KFOR-it dhe pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrballjeje t\u00eb dhunshme sa kishte tensione n\u00eb veri t\u00eb vendit.<\/p>\n
Gjat\u00eb seanc\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore, Antoviq ka deklaruar: \u201cJam i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm q\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje e kam pranuar faj\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe kam hequr dor\u00eb nga e drejta p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjykim t\u00eb rregullt, p\u00ebr thirrjen e d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebve dhe prezantimin e provave.\u201d<\/p>\n
